This is the end of the inlet, all the big chinks of ice get pushed by the boretide, somw of these icecubes are the size of buicks or bigger, sorry they are so dark, I need better photo editing skills.

The floor of the inlet is sand, the water cuts some pretty deep channels as it ebbs and flows.

The ice is strung out along the inlet for about 25 miles or so...

The road is cut along the foot of some pretty steep mountains, Yesterday when it was a blizzard there was snow blowing in all directions, you could see big snow twisters everywhere and tide was in so the inlet was full of water, with big huge rollers and whitecaps slamming into the rocks. It was Freakin AWESOME!!!!!
