The first week is the worst, by the end of the second you won't love it, but you'll love the looser clothes. As for my hip, well my children walked away from the accident intact, and there is no amount of suffering I would refuse if they are okay. I've had alotta fun being a bi-ped, now I just need to figure out how to enjoy the wheeled part.
