Ah, you are fishing for the recipe. I have gotten many trophies with that glaze on ribs. Habaneros are not as hot as most folks seem to think once cooked. Also the heat goes away much faster for some reason than Jalapenos. I use this glaze because I have noticed that most folks who volunteer for to judge the meat are females. So I give them a quick and immediate spice flavor (this is Texas) and then give them a sweet finish. They seem to love it. I dont use many habs so the heat is just present long enough for you to taste it and then its replaced by the pineapple.
You could beat the recipe out of me though, thats acceptable.
