I have TOO many eggs in my fridge. We were at 9 dozen and I just gave away a dozen to the first neighbor I could find. I don't know what I'm going to do come spring when my girls speed up (as I've heard they'll do. Right now I'm getting 4 on average from my 7 gals.).

I just ate a Sunday roasted chicken, stuffed with an onion, and seasoned on top with garlic, salt, and pepper and it browned really well...mmm... and all my roasters are named Sunday.

Served with rice sprinkled with dill weed and lightly buttered asparagus and I swashed it all down with some milk.

You know what that means don't ya? Need more roasters.

Spider Monkey's name is not Albert, its ALFRED!!!!!. He is very sensitive about this. AK Michelle has him, she was supposed to fly him to somebody else in need of his services but I aint heard hide nor tale of her since she recieved him. She was mumbleing something about cookies last I heard.
