I just barely got around to hard boiling the eggs this morning. I am eating the ones that cracked. And eating candy too. My grandson is playing with the frogs and lizards and bugs and snakes I put in his basket, and not eating his candy!!

Is it natural for a 4 year old to wake up at 4:30 and bring her Easter goodies into mommies bed?

She wasn't supposed to notice those until we woke up for Sunrise service at 6:30 am....mommy told her to go back to bed.

The Easter bunny poo'd colored eggs in our front lawn and our chickens thought they were for them. Good thing they were the plastic kind. "What's this?" peck peck....peck peck peck....

My nephew called me today. He still isn't talking plainly enough to understand yet, but even if I couldn't make out clear words, it made me tear up. DB#1 and SIL are at home, she had back surgery last week and is not up to traveling. They're having a quiet easter at home.

DB#2 and SO, myself, and the folks are all meeting at grannys for dinner. Thankfully, this year, I was not placed in charge of preparing any food. With working last night and this sinus cold I have...
