I'm back from riding and when I walked out there, my very annoying neighbors saw me, well they thought since I was gonna be riding I can train their horse some more.

So, I get on her, she starts bucking, rearing, and bolting...When I finally have her under control, I get off and and I ask the owners nicely, to pay me, (I don't do this for free) They looked at each other and said: "I thought you did this for fun?" I said: "No, I don't train horses that haven't been ridden in 7yrs for fun!" So, they leave and I finally have some alone time with my horse! I had fun...Well, maybe. Sometime I wish I could freeze my neighbors until I'm done riding.

I don't know if it's safe for me to visit Texas, All that Karma from teasing the Texans that visit up here might catch up to me.

Although, isn't it BBQ season? It might be worth the risk.

My granny is 94

I hope I won't need to find a companion. If I do it means that Mrs. dacs will no longer be with me.

Isn't it funny how that works? Men that are widowed first spend the rest of their lives moping. Women who are widowed first spend the rest of their lives having fun.

Health wise? eh. I'm friggon swelling---see it in my feet and feel it in my heart with exercise, so I upped my diuretics to relieve the pressure from my heart so I'm peein alot and I'm watching grandma's dog who's got major issues with storms and guess what we had last night? a storm...so I'm here at grannies getting doggy's sedatives.

And now Zoe's all hacking and coughing again and my nose is still congested and granny's air is broke so I'm hot. Gotta come back tomorrow when the air repair guy comes.

and tryin my darnest to not be so darned cynical right now and find joy and laughter in life.

so i did something i never did before in the store the other day... i tooted but didn't think it would make a noise but it did so I blamed it on my oldest, Zoe 8 yrs, and know what she did a minute later? pushed one out on her own...I got the giggles big time.

Of course you're supposed to post here! I'm glad to see another adult has decided to join our group - it seems like there's been a recent invasion of teenagers and we were becoming outnumbered. They often delete these huge threads when they do spring clean-up because they take up so much server space and we lose some of our post count, but it's no big deal.

I'm not sure whats wrong with the other two yet, but I am medicating them to high heaven right now!! So we will see,

I don't really see any change in them today from yesterday, thats probably normal though

They were in the coop with the one that passed so I am banking on whatever she had they have to now. I made a huge mistake this year and got some pullets and a roo from a lady I didn't know, turns out they were all sick accept a couple, and the roo is injured (he came to me like that) but the one that died seemed fine and then all of a sudden she was not, it was weird!!

I really hope this is the worst of it. Thanks for answering back I was beginning to think I really wasn't supposed to post anything in here
