Is he completely blind? I have one with one blind eye and another who loves scratch to much... Is that a disability?

He sorta is, but he can kinda see a little. I don't think thats a disability.

Just lettin my friends know... I'm scheduled for another angiogram for my heart next Mon.

Dr. wants to see my heart and check for blockages and check my stent. sigh.
