the smaller chick in the picture is just there to keep the friesians still, it is a cross breed

I currently have a LF chamois pencilled friesian rooster and hen and LF gold pencilled hen and 6 chamois chicks

are they dual purpose cold hardy birds

No they are laying breed but very cold hardy and great foragers

I have a Friesian cockerel. I live in sc,usa. I bought him from someone across the country. I had hens bought they died. im hoping to get more.

This is an old thread, but I am trying to find others who have these beautiful birds. They were sold to me as East Friesian Gulls.
