I must say, I normally don't get into stories of "wildlife rescues," but I was very impressed by this.

And that is a wonderful name for him/her. I read "My Side of the Mountain", as well as the 3rd one, "Frightful's Mountain" by Jean Craighead George. Both were great stories and I loved reading them! I find falcons and hawks fascinating for some reason, so I'm glad I found this thread!

You are wonderful for saving Frightful. And this is just my opinion, but I believe that God had wanted you to save her/him. It was no coincidence that you found him/her.

Really interesting and makes you think...

I haven't read any of the recent updates...I read the story and the 2nd row of replies, so I'm not sure what has happened, but I wish you the best of luck with Frightful.

After spotting Mr Frightful a 2nd time, I sent an e-mail to the rescue org. They are going to see what they can do to expedite her evaluation and release so that she doesn't lose him. I'll learn more about it tomorrow. Helping at the center again
