Frizzle chick with balding, could this be a “frazzle” chick

I got three frizzle chicks, only one is experiencing these bald spots and lack of feathers. I was told that it was a frizzle rooster and a silkie hen mix. This chick is the only one that has silkie toes, could that play a role? We’ve put DE just incase it was mites but I don’t see any indications of that.

Otherwise completely healthy, eating, drinking, and very much active.

De won't do anything for mites, it's actually bad for both you and your chickens to breathe. you're going to need permrethrine poultry dust.
Usually with frazzles the feather shafts is still there but if it's mostly silkie, I suppose it could be bald.
