Hello! I recently picked up my 5-6 week old black frizzle Cochin about a week ago. She doesn't seem to have any feathers on her back. The person I got her from told me they "just grow like that" and she will grow them in later as she gets older. It doesn't appear that she was picked on by other chicks. I'm just wondering if what he told me about frizzles if true or if there is something else going on. She is acting perfectly healthy otherwise.
