Frizzle cockerel missing feathers

I noticed this guy has been missing his feathers for a couple days now. The feather shaft is still there but the feather itself isn’t. Is this part of being a frizzle or something else? He’s second in my rooster command so he doesn’t get picked on a whole lot.

Treated him with ivermectin pouron today. So if this is a mite, which I didn’t see any, hopefully that will help.
