Frizzle Frustration

My other chickens keep eating his feathers. They are not pulling them off they are eating them. My husband says well sure his feathers look like worms. So now this poor bird is in a small cage near a heat lamp because he is nacked. And it is below freezing outside. I thought it was just the big chickens doing it but the bantam breeds and even the baby chickens I put him with are doing too. I don't have the heart to put him down buti don't think anybody would want a naked chicken. This is the second time he had to regrow his feathers. Any idea's anyone
 
I ended up with a frizzled Cochin hen for this very reason. She was the only frizzle in the coop and the other birds were yanking out all of her feathers. She lives with my Silkies and has nearly regrown all of her feathers.
I would either rehome him to someone willing to put in the time to rehab him or make yourself a small coop and get him a couple of really docile smooth hens to live with.
