Frizzle gender?

Oh! I have two polish and I though for sure the other one I have is a cockerel by the crest shape but it doesn't have any wattles either. What about this one? It's about 3 -1/2 months old.

I’d say cockerel (this is just a guess, not for certain).

That's a cockerel. He has no wattles because he has a beard.

The Frizzle looks like a pullet and the normal polish looks like a boy to me.
