Frizzle loosing feathers

My female frizzle has lost the feathers on the back of her head. I'm sure that is from the rooster during mating. She also has lost feathers off her shafts, but the shafts are still in place. What could be causing this.

If i were you i would take the rooster away from the flock for a while. if that doesnt help she might be molting
