Frizzle tailed Black Sex-link???

Is it possible for a black sex-link pullet to have "frizzled" tailfeathers? She is about 12 weeks old and we got her from McMurray. It looks like she has a frizzled tail. The rest of her feathers are flat. These photos aren't great...taken by cell phone but here they are...
