You know, I hadn't even thought of sizzle. I am not sure myself how to tell the difference as I am just getting into them all.

So can someone please explain to me how to tell the difference between frizzle and sizzle?? A frizzle has normal feathering that curls up and out. A sizzle has hair-like feathers that also curl up and out; both have feathering that curves in the opposite direction from a normal chicken.and will her feather go straight?? No. The feathering will stay as it is.

Freddie mac is a sizzle; I believe-silkie feathers that curve outward. Please post a close up profile picture as the pictures I am looking at appear fuzzy.

These birds have normal silkie feathering.

Freddie Mac looks like a frizzled Silkie. Sizzles have normal, hard feathers. Frizzled Silkies and regular Silkies can be very difficult to tell apart.
