Frizzles are so hard to tell the sex of. I was sure Chickie (in my avitar) was a female for the longest time. He just looked way too cute with those curly feathers. He even started crowing when I got him a male companion who was crowing and I still thought, no way, "she" just doesnt want that roo to have anything on "her"> I finally had to admit that Chickie was a indeed a roo. Look for saddle feathers that hang down near the tail.
