Frizzle thread

I will be joining the frizzle club soon. I should be getting some frizzle chicks from someone local. I will have to share pictures when I get them. Does anyone know what color egg they will lay? I will definately be following this thread now. I'm so excited to get some frizzles, I want them to be hens to add to our little flock to balance out hen/roo ratio. I wouldn't mind having a frizzle roo though, I could always get rid of one of our older roos if I got a frizzle roo that was nice looking. I am also getting some turkens. I'm so excited!

I have two Frizzles, I'm not sure of what sex or breed they are. They are just over 4 weeks now. I know it's still early but I'm curious. LOL
First two is Cinnamon. I tried to get the best pics possible but my camera isn't that great. siigh

Next two is Mumble. The camera doesn't pick up how black Mumble's feathers are. Mumble also didn't want to sit still for the pictures. lol Also on each wing one feather has a white tip.

They are cute! I would guess they have some cochin in them by the leg feathers. Frizzled cochins are fairly common. I believe my little frizzle is a cochin, I know it is at least part cochin. The dad was a big blue cochin. Mumble looks a lot like my little frizzle. Maybe mine will look like that as it grows.
