Frizzle thread

Pics
I know this post is quite old but I was wondering how things went with your chick, she reminds me so much of one that I just lost and I would love to find a place I can get a similar chick any suggestions or updates?

Someone had posted a white frizzle in California I believe ...and I tried clicking on her post to reply and for some reason it posted at the end of the thread. I went back to try to find it again and basically gave up for now :(

Hi Y'all:
I am looking for a couple of really nice frizzle cockerals or roosters. I would like them to have very few feathers on their legs and very little crest. I prefer them to be standard size birds but I'll consider bantams too. Even Necked Necks are okay.

I live in Auburn, AL and am willing to drive 5-6 hours one way to pick up really nice frizzled cockerals or roosters. If anyone has some for sale or is fixing to have some chicks hatch, please let me know.

Thanks so much!

joining this thread! I was told my partridge silkie hen is a frizzle? although she doesn't have smooth feathers shes still silked and frizzled.

I had hatched 2 of her eggs crossed with my smooth 50% silkie 50% Japanese bantam roo you see in the top pic and below:

one chick turned out black and the other yellow. the yellow is smooth feathered with brown leakage in her wings....which im hoping she will not turn out all white

the black chick im pretty sure is a frizzle...is it true if you cross a frizzle to a smooth you get 50% frizzle 50% smooth? im hoping this is a frizzle if my guess is right.
