Frizzle x what?

Just wondering breed this guy could be? I love his coloring.
I saw a similar looking rooster on face book (not frizzled though) but the person never answered as to what breed it was.

I had thought they weren’t visible. But if I look closely I do see them. Agreed, much too dark.

Silkie/cochin, or multi-generational with some silkie in the background. He definitely has some silkie in him with those mulberry comb and wattles.
