Frizzle??

I got some hatching eggs from a local polish and silkie breeder, and I’ve been praying for a drizzle. They’re 2-3 days old right now. Is this frizzle??

I'd say frizzle.
4 day old smooth vs frizzle.

Waiting a few days will tell you for certain.
