Frizzles. Roo or Hen?

Neither one of them look roo-ish to me. They both look like pullets. If they were cockerels then by 12 weeks they would have much larger combs and wattles, and the feathering would be much different.

Got some pics today. As for age, I'm guessing they were about 7-9 weeks when I got them and that was in September. (the first pic first post)

I also think their wattles should be more developed at this age if they were roos but I've only had chickens since August.
