I just now noticed that my frizzle hen's right wing is sticking out from her body. I picked her up and attempted to move the wing to see if any specific joints were flexible, but they weren't. Her left wing is flexible and fine. She doesn't seem to be bothered by the wing, but she just can't move it. It looks terribly uncomfortable...Has anyone seen this before?

Here's the url of a video of her, it may take a minute to get up on YouTube...

Could her feathers be tangled on that side?
Check under her left wing to see if there's any cuts under it...If you have a roo, he might be a bit too amourous and jabbed her with his spurs.

Just an update on Rowdy-

We took her to the vet and she has no breaks, dislocations, or fractures, but while she was being X-rayed she fought the vet and the tech and somehow pulled her right toenail off! Bless her little heart! So now she's taking anti-inflammatory (snuck into a banana at night) and has a little vet wrap and bandage on her foot! All of the girls are staying inside for the hurricane this weekend, as well. So, she's doing just fine. Her wing is almost back into position. The vet just gave her a little massage and she is doing so much better!

+ No roos. Just rowdy hens!

Well thats good news, but poor baby on the toe nail.

Probably just some being picked on by our resident gold sex-link and alpha hen, Rebecca. She's in that video as well. Rowdy's still doing great and her nail is growing back fine.
