If you're still referring to the picture in the link you gave, then no, it's not a blue Orpington. Orpingtons don't have feathered legs or pea combs.

It says (in German) below the picture that it's taken at the Zoo in Bern, and they keep Appenzellers and Brahmas there, so I'd say the PICTURE is of a blue brahma. I don't know if you have blue brahmas in the US, but they exist in Europe. Here's a (small) picture:

If you can't get blue Brahmas, then blue Orpington or blue Cochin are probably good replacements if it's just the look you're going for. They both have the roundish shape, and Cochins even have feathered legs like the Brahma
