Good job! now it's time for an incubator in a few months or if your BO's are like mine you won't need one. at least one out of twenty five was broody all the time.

They are outside in the coop.

Windows and vents are closed (except for the roof peak vent).

Tonight low is 50 degrees F.

They got their high tech heater for warmth.

Tomorrow morning we will find out if I remembered enough of what I gleaned from this forum.

May 23

Temperature last night was a low of 51 degrees F

The Eco-Glow 20 heater must of worked as advertised because I can count at least 8 fuzzy butts on the coop cam!

Interesting how they do everything as a herd (Remember. I'm a Rancher not a Farmer). "What's this over here" Stampede as they all go and look. "I'm hungry. Me too!" Another stampede.

Glad to hear that their first night went well.

They are such funny little things aren't they! Watching my little flock of fluffies has become my new favorite entertainment.

So did you check the coop cam several times over night? I know I would have been tempted to. Glad to hear they all survived their first night.
