Now now, she's not completely featherless. Those chickens look terrible ! She just has a featherless neck. I wonder how a chocker would look on her...

She has a nice feather boa type style imo. And the floof on her head makes her look that much more sophosticated.

She already has a neck jewel, that dot of feathers on her neck. The feather boa is usually worn (although I don't think anyone sports a feather boa nowadays) pretty low, which would not work for her. She need to wear it high up

A lady near me is selling juvenile Ayam Cemani's and I want two. I don't have anywhere to put them though other than the run (it's two small runs put together), and shutting the door between them. Or separating the one run into two smaller ones since they free range now. Put one on one side of the yard and one on the other?

Are they good quality? Those high fibro ayam cemani are so pretty! It's best you quarantine new birds for a while before letting them be anywhere near your other birds. A dog kennel could work for a few weeks, I suppose. Get only pullets this time, don't flood yourself with more cockerels Elf! This is also something I need to keep in mind, just today one of Cruella's children started crowing, making it the 5th crower on this property

Well I think instead of 5 cockerels I have 4? I am on the fence about one of them. I will take pictures later for help lol.

And yes I don't need more boys. But they are straight run and I will have to try to tell them apart!
