From egg to chick!

So sorry I haven't updated lately. My youngest had to go to the hospital for a really bad cold and what they called bronchiolitis. He had to be on oxygen for 2 days as his levels weren't ideal. It was exhausting. He is better now and is back to being a pain in the butt toddler.

I did check on the floofs today. Quite a few of them have huge amounts of tail feathers already. The two hookbeak babies seem to be getting worse but they are still eating and drinking fine so whatever I guess. I will continue to watch them.

The all black one, Atropos, has feather feathers growing on their feet too btw.

I am so sorry your kiddo was so sick. That is an awful way to spend time for anyone. The worry is super hard and having to trust the doctors to get him better.
I am glad to read he is better and back to normal!

Look at all the babies getting so big already.

I took the band off the babies since I apparently can't tell them apart anyways

Dolly Parton has no effs to give. She struts around like she owns the coop. Even if the bigger chickens poke at her as if to say she isn't the big one. They are. Lol. (Not mean pecks. Just teeny go away from me taps)

My 6 pullets are also mixed in to all these pics as well

Some of the babies have bigger tail feathers than the others. Does this mean roosters? Or just different breeds?
