If you have space, it would be much easier and way faster to integrate the new chicks right inside your current coop with just a simple divider. Lots of us folks here have brooded this way and all your birds can become one flock in a matter of weeks vs. waiting and housing separately for 4-6 months. It's less stressful for the older birds because they typically only see chicks as a nuisance to be tolerated, whereas adolescent or full size birds coming in are intruders that are a threat to their resources. Pecking order will always happens but it's usually much less severe when started very early:
