Frontline on chickens?

My neighbour gave me this...

Can I use it on my poorly girl? I am giving her ACV, hopefully starting her on panacur tomorrow and have ran out of mite killing dusting power and would like to make sure that any chance of a mite/tick problem will be scuppered.

Can I use this frontline and how?

absolutely not, do not use frontline on a chicken. It is absorbed into the bloodstream not just a topical remedy. Your eggs will be poisoned and your chicken will probably get very sick. For chickens there are many good topical cures, such as sevin dust and other dusting pestisides.
