Frost Bitten Feet? Or Something MUCH worse!!!

I have 12 4 month old chickens that I keep seperate from my older chickens. Pretty much in a huge coop of their own. Anyway two days ago I noticed my 4 month old golden laced chochin cokeral had swollen feet and was walking primarily on the back of his hocks all tipsy. My first thought was very bad totally frozen frost bitten feet (Also I live in western Montana and temperatures have consistently been below 20 F with some snow) But now I'm fearing something worse...this same roo has had issues growing tail feathers and its been just fluff, and I thought this was due to the older chickens eating his feathers while both flocks were out free ranging together. Obviously I didn't want to believe I had a parasite issue, but now I don't even know what to think. This morning he looked the same as usual (other then the foot issue), and BAM tonight his back has very iritated tissue and blood. At this point I woul've assumed the other chickens were pecking on him but it seems so strange because he is the top top of the pecking order. I'm at a loss of what to do and a small frail splash chochin 4 month old hen is also the other one presenting similar but less dramatic feet symptoms. I'll upload some pictures right away. UPDATE: things are really really really really bad. I just went into the coop and found the splash Chochin laying on her side practically dead!!! I’ve tried raising her body temp but she is now just standing with her head talked into her feathers. IDK what to do she won’t eat or drink!!!

Possible articular gout maybe in the one with swelling in the feet. Can you bring the one that is on her side into the house and get her warm, and give some electrolytes? The back looks like feather picking or rooster damage.

Ok I’ll look at symptoms. She has finally moved her head up out of her wing. Ugggh I hate it when chickens make us so nervous

Yes, please bring that girl inside asap. what is the temp inside the barn? We’ve seen on these forums frozen feet inside a barn when chickens decided to roost on top of something metal. Could that be happening here?

Also, the rooster’s back has been feather picked. Same thing happened to my hen, despite being at the top of the pecking order. 2nd in command had a bad habit of pecking her. A saddle and higher protein feed took care of the issue.

They are both in the house and I have tried to coax the splash Chochin hen into drinking and I’m trying to give electrolytes. The rooster with the foot and back issue is very vibrant and eating/drinking. After doing brief research on articular grout I don’t think it’s the case. It came on so sudden.. thanks for all the advice to

I’m glad everyone thinks it’s feather pecked... my poor little white hen crystal seems to be waiting to die. Also I totally forgot to include the important backstory. About three days ago I found crystal pretty much upside down wedge between two bords and we got her out and she seemed fine. Could long term effects just be hitting. What can I do to revive her
