Frost on windows?

The humidity should be about the same as it is outside. You can't really dehumidify it, but an open waterer, or any other source of water, can raise the humidity. You don't want that. Dry chickens are warm chickens.
There are no waterers inside the coop. My only concern now is if the ventilation is sufficient. I am also debating on leaving the pop door open, like normal, or if that could cause a draft being lower the ventilation windows along the top of the coop.

That's good!

Eh, should be the same inside as out....but<shrugs>

Remember that wind chill doesn't really count unless wind is blowing onto skin.
The inside should be the same temperature as outside??

That's what I'm trying to avoid!! Hahaha

Yes, mean you have adequate ventilation.

Maybe why you had frosty windows. ;)

Yes also same with humidity levels. Within reason that is of course
Both within a few degrees and percentage points.
It will lag thru the day and night.

Thanks all! I am thinking about removing some of the plastic and putting up straw bales. I am trying to insulate/block wind but now it seems I need to buffer 5 am crowing! Thoughts on removing the plastic or leaving it up where I stack the bales?

If you're leaving the pop door open, you wan't to block the wind from blowing into the coop.
As long as you're no longer getting frost/condensation on the inside of the plastic leave it up.

Ok, pop door closed and all vents open last night. Woke up to -4 F with 78% humidity. The coop was 8 F and about 80% humidity. Did not see any frost on windows. Is this ok? Is this temp difference ok if humidity close to same and no frost?

Yep.
Was the -4F windchill or ambient temp?
