I went on vacation for 5 days and came back to my rooster having horrible frostbite on his comb and waddles! The girls look fine, but he looks horrible! I have GreenGoo and BlueKote. Would one of those be a good idea to put on him to relieve pain and help healing?

As @A_Fowl_Guy states, leave it alone. Messing with the damaged tissue will cause more harm than good. Just watch for infection.
How much ventilation do you have in your coop? Is it nice and dry?
Some frostbite is inevitable when it's really cold, -15F and below. Were you experiencing that kind of weather when this happened?

Sorry about your rooster. You might try to make sure there is no dampness inside the coop, such as in the bedding, and that air can ventilate high up in the coop to remove moisture in the air. The comb and wattles will become rounded off eventually. It can take a couple of weeks to see how bad the damage is. Do not massage the damaged tissue or put vaseline on it. If you wish to medicate, Vetericyn or Betadine are good to spray or dab on gently. Here is a long thread with good pictures of the sequence of recent severe comb frostbite:

I live in Northern Indiana, near Lake Michigan. Wind chills have been in the -40’s and -20’s. The coop has been dry and is vented. What’s been really killer is it warms up a bit, gets rainy, then the temp plummets again. I feel bad because there’s no way for me to put water inside the coop as there’s no place to put it, so they have to go out in the elements to get water. I have it right off the ramp so they don’t have to go far tho.
