Frostbite on comb?

I’m suspecting my chicken has frostbite on her comb. I rubbed so vaseline on it but i there anything else i should do? will she be ok? other than that she’s acting just fine

It doesn't look bad at all. I would just leave it alone. Don't touch it or try to warm it up. It should heal quickly on it's own.

Any purple tint is unrelated to frostbite. The affected white tip will likely turn black, then dry up and fall off.

That is mild if any frostbite. I would not apply anything to it since creams and ointments can also freeze. It should get better in time.

Here’s an example of frostbite:
My boy, Blue has it on his tips. I’m leaving it alone and watching for infection. I have used Mushers Secret and Hen Healer on it. But I’m not sure it does much but make me feel better… Ha! —
