Frostbite or abscess?

My RRR has a spot just above her beak. It been negative temps so at first I thought maybe it was a bit for frostbite but it has gotten puffy — maybe an abscess? It does not appear to be pussy. Just raised and kind of dry looking. Any feedback/advice for treating it? She has not been acting outside of her normal
self which is pretty friendly!

i can't think its frost bite because frost bight will typically make the skin a weird color
i need some more pictures to tell though
