That's great new, Jared! He's a lucky bird to have an owner who really cares about him enough to take the time to treat something like this. So many would just let it go, sadly.

Great news- we soaked his feet every other night to every third night in epsom salt and put bactine on them for the last 2 1/2 wks or so and all the frost bite on his feet is gone and he's so much better that I released him back into the coop today. Thanks for all the advice. I'm glad I get to keep this guy. A friend of mine is giving me his Salmon Faverolle hens this year so maybe I'll be able to hatch some of my own.
