Frosty is Sick

This is a regular poop from a pea that's been eating nothing but crumbles.

white watery poop is which one? blackhead poop is? Now remember if you have a rainy spell like Minx did your bird will poop clear, watery and have white in it but it doesn't mean anything it's just the weather. Also when someone asked about worming a few years ago someone mentioned about giving it orally and Deerman said he always mixed it with water 3cc/ml per gallon and that was it. I asked him why he did not do it orally? He told me that you do not know how many worms the bird has and by giving it orally it is giving the bird a larger dose and that will kill most of the worms at one time. He said if the bird has a lot of worms all those dead ones inside the bird will turn toxic and kill the bird. Letting the bird get a little at a time through the water will kill the worms slowly and after the 2 treatments and then the ivermectin almost all the worms are removed safely. Now some might not agree with his view but it does fit in with the K.I.S.S. method.

We've had a bunch of rain and my peafowl poop the two types like I mentioned. If they drink lots of water you'll see a clear poop and the cecal poop will probably be thinner, but when poop is white, any shade of yellow or has mucus in it one should worry.

No disrespect to Deerman, but I seriously doubt that will happen with a bird that *has* been wormed before, which I think Minxfox has done with hers. I have wormed hundreds of birds orally and *never* had an issue. Minxfox, ask your vet about worming.
