My rooster minky has froth in one of his eyes is he sick?

Omg what do I do?? Do I have to put him down?? All the articles are for big flocks meant for egg or meat production and they saw to put the infected bird down but he is just a pet! He isn’t even a year old!

Was it his crow collar? I took it off and foam came out of his mouth. If it was I will never ever use one again

I would love be to be of some help but unfortunately my knowledge on deseases and health issues is not good enough for me to start diagnostic and treatment stuff. I'm trying to think of someone to ask about it.
