frozen apple cider vinegar, still good?

Vinegar is an acid. A mild one, but still an acid. Make sure it is COMPLETELY thawed or you will have a stronger concentration than you expect. The water that is frozen is not in solution, so it would make it stronger if it is not completely thawed.

yeah i noticed that right away, all the water was frozen on top. It is thawed and shaken back together​
 
All the vitamins and minerals will still be there which is why I use ACV. Any useful bacteria would probably be dead.
