Frozen Eggs? Toss em?

Frozen eggs are fine to eat. In many European countries they don't bother to refrigerate eggs, and let them stand at room temperature. The eggs seem to keep just fine for several weeks. I wouldn't say that's the best practice, but it seems to work OK for them.

Eww..i actually ate some that were frozen AND cracked? Am I going to die? They were yummy btw.
