My mother let the ducks out, they were outside for about 10-20 minutes before I had to rush them back in.
Our pond is frozen, no big deal right? Well I found one of the ducks dead on it, but with no injuries.
We're thinking that the water may have been poisoned, its frozen but they're still able to drink it. The fishes are frozen dead too.
What the hell is happening?
I still have the ducks body if needed

How tragic. Could there have been any walkway or street salt that happened to wash into your pond? That stuff is super toxic.
We don't have any street salt near us, even the closest road doesn't use it. So I think it's fine, no ones poisoned.
My uncles let the ducks out yesterday despite my protest and everyone and everything is fine :)

The goldfish might be alright. They do fine under ice. If they were dead they would be on their side or upside down. Yours appear to be upright.

Don't bang on the ice trying to break it up. The shock and compression from breaking the ice can kill the fish.

The ice melted, all good :)
