Frugal Pattern Quilt Block Swap (Sign-up ends 6/18/11)

Per individual block. Just like the one you posted a pic of. You have the horse material and the sash is the horseshoe material. Two different materials per block but not all of your blocks have to be the same. You could do your other blocks out of different materials if you want.

Actually Kassaundra...thatnks for pointing that our, I should have made myself a bit clearer. Do all four blocks (that will make one 12.5 inch block) out of the same fabrics. You can do all completed blocks the same or you can do all completed blocks different.

Prairegirl...you can still get in on this swap if you want. One can actuall finish all blocks in a couple hours if they wanted to. Thanks for the prayers. I am home fromt he dentist and the Lord answered a prayer while I was in the chair. Hmmmm God is still good.

Here are some more pics.

Iron to the center on both sides.

Acre of Blessings, thanks for extending the welcome to join. I think I will. I'm liking this block more and more after seeing the ones you finished. Glad to hear all went well at the dentist. And yes, God is so very good.

ginbart, I like those colors.

This block could really be fun to make. Each simple block will look new and different because of the "scrap fabrics." Sometimes, in making the same block several times, I get bored.

I think it is 12 large blocks so 48 small ones.

And I'm assuming the 15 blocks is a typo and suppose to be 12

Sorry I meant 12. I mixed the 11 people up with the amount of blocks. So 48 little blocks total. I can do that!! I think?? I really like the ones everyone put up. They are pretty. Now I have to go through my material and pick what I want to do.

One question: Acre said in OP that material needs to be prewashed. Do I just wash it in the washer like normal? I am worried about the edges of the material fraying bad. Tell me this won't happen??
