Thanks y'all.
My hand seems like it's 99% improved today. Thinking the SO was right...it was a combination of problems, the injectable leaking into the surrounding tissue, my fibro., and the weather (very cold and rainy). Still have some neuropathy if I move it a certain way, but glad to be able to type again!
