Frustrated with non laying pullets

I was getting 3 dozen eggs a day, until molting feathers started in Sept., then less each day. I have late Aug. hatches, never laid yet, no worries. By November, with my mature hens, I got 3 eggs daily. Then December hardly any at all. With the shorter days & winter weather, mine are totally on break, I might get 1 egg here or there. I let them rest this time of year, I do not believe in turning on lights to induce laying at a time when nature decided they rest. They'll lay so many eggs come Spring & Summer! When they start molt, I switch feed to All Flock feed 17% protein & scratch, veggies, etc. I will switch to Egg Layer with calcium for the hens about February or March, whenever I see more eggs being laid. The days start getting a bit longer each day after Dec 21st, so they will perk up. It happens, it's ok.
