I will post some for you tomorrow.

I am sorry for not posting a picture or two of their eggs. However, I am more concerned about the birds type than the color of egg laid. We are trying very hard to have them become a recognized breed.

What do their eggs range on the Marans scale? at least a 4?

Most birds bred for show usually end up losing in the egg production, quality, quantity, size etc area and with the Marans its the color too. Hoping what happened to the Barnevelder does not happen to the Marans also.

This picture is of the fbcm eggs gathered yesterday evening. This is with lights on and with flash...so they are a tad darker than they appear in this photo.

I have sold this flock to make room for my other projects. They are just living with me for another two weeks. I have only seen the scales at the shows and do not own a copy myself. Therefore, any answer/number I gave you would just be a guess...sorry.
