FS: Chicken saddles (wing protector) and goose, duck, chicken diapers

I'm most defiantly going to order some as soon as my birds are big enough to figure out how big of a saddle I need. I might order a diapper too.. not sure if I want a chicken running around in the house. Seeing as how I have a dog that likes to chase birds (but not acctually bite them. he has never been that brave. He stops running when they do.) and a cat that I know would likely attack the chickens if she had the chance.

The chicken saddels are awesome!(didn't order diapers but I bet they are too) They all fit and have stayed in place while free ranging. I was worried at first that I would be finding saddles in hte yard but they have stayed put very well and all but one hen haven't minded having them on. I had one who thought if she ran fast enough around she could loose it, but it's still there.

Good. The key is to make the elastic just right. If it's too big they will come off. I tried these out on my own hens before I started selling them. I have one hen too that just goes crazy about having it on. She is not very tame and she's older so she must be set in her ways.

Can you make a saddle for a turkey? What measurements would I need to take? I have a turkey hen in her first year of laying and she just got wounded by one of the dadgum toms.

I'm sure I could.

Why not? Just bigger that's all. Measure on her back from the wings down as far as you want the saddle. Measure width too. They usually hang down the sides just a little bit.

tess, I'm having trouble getting my elastic to fit right...do you advise folding under or up? and where does the excess elastic go? Anyone who's successfully adjusted their diapers if you have a pic of how you did it, I would appreciate it!
