@Farmgirl47 , I have no idea! They don't look like any of my bantams, so I really don't know.

Oh, wait, I know what breed they are! It's called "Cute."

Unfortunately, my mom is just as bad as I am about succumbing to chicken math!

If it weren't for my dad, we would probably have 100 birds running around......

@Farmgirl47 Your killing me! All of your chicks are sooooo adorable! I'm clueless as to what breeds the ones are that you can't figure out. Your doelings are so cute too! We might be getting two very soon, and those colors and breed is what we would like. I just can't believe how fast babies grow up! Our chicks will be a month old tomorrow! Some have already lost almost all of their baby fuzz.

Poppy, my SSH had a very rough day yesterday. She had cut her claw and it was bleeding real bad. At the same time her face was itching, so she decided to use the same foot. Well her face got really bloody and I couldn't get all the blood off, so now poppy has a redish colored face! :/
On top of that it was hard for Poppy to walk because of her broken toenail, so Poppy had no other choice but to lay down a lot, I had her in the grass with me so she could peck on that.
This is actually the second time that she has broken a toenail already, and they are all short!
@Alexandra33 Have you had problems like this with your SSH's?

Are you getting goats for milk or for pets? I'm sure you'll just LOVE goats. I certainly do (more than chickens! Bad me...

Babies grow up too quickly for me. Our chicks will be a week old tomorrow, and the doelings are six weeks old!

We would be getting them for pets. Haha. I bet if we do get them, that I'll be a goat addict, along with a chicken addict.
I know me too! We have some neighbors who have tons of cows, and they always each year have tons of little babies out in the field, it seems as though very time we pass them they double their size! Wow! I can't believe that! Time really does fly by!

I haven't noticed that with Avalon, rather she had problems with getting picked on the nose. Poor Poppy, I hope she's doing better now!

I have just fallen in love with mypetchicken hatchery! It's official! They are the only hatchery that can sex bantams, plus they have so many breeds, and rare breeds! Some breeds I have never heard of before, but they are GORGEOUS! Next batch of babies we order will be coming from them!
