Well, it is of course just impression, but my oldest birds are 9 now, and they are still looking good and laying a few score eggs a year, and they're still the no.1 and 2 hens, so not getting bossed by younger hens (all ages, down to a POL, as we have a few hatch every year). And no chicks have been born with deformities, though that was also true in the 2 years before I went over to home made and fermented feed.Do you have the impression it adds to lifespan (other than in the sense of less health issues)?
