Hi,
I had a hatch recently with quails and pheasants eggs with some chukar eggs due to hatch 3-4 days, after the hatch date of the pheasants and quails. I know I kept water in the incubator to raise the humidity for the last 3 days. I gave the chukars an extra 4 days or so to see if they would hatch maybe later than the hatch date. I had 1 out of 10 eggs that pipped but just died inside the egg shell. I didn't get any to hatch out of 10 eggs.
Today I buried the eggs since they weren't good anymore and found that their were at least 4 fully developed embryos in there, but they just didn't want to pip or hatch.
Would anyone know the cause of this?
Thank You so much
