I have seen this problem as described on my iPad and my Windows 10 Pro machine, but it's been intermittent and can usually be corrected by doing an "F5"/refresh.

It's just the F5 key. Can you post a picture of the screen?Thanks Kathy! I tried pressing the F5, the screen flashed but nothing happened. I don't need to press another button with the F5 do I?
So far I have updated Windows 10, (which it does weekly anyway), and Google Chrome, defragged, optimized the hard drive, deleted my history, rebooted, shut down BYC and reloaded it, and haven't had any success yet.
Anything else ya'll can think of?
